For the past two weeks, my dog Sheep has been suffering from itchy skin. I attempted to alleviate his discomfort by using an over-the-counter anti-itching shampoo, but it didn’t provide any relief. I chose this location due to its proximity for convenience. The staff was very accommodating, thoroughly explaining my dog’s condition and the necessary diagnostics. I appreciated their patience in answering my questions, and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends with pets.
Universal Pet Hospital did an amazing job taking care of my dog. We were seen quickly and got different options for treatment. The doctor was through, and my dog is feeling much better. The place is very clean and well-staffed. People were very kind as I was a stressed-out mess.
Thank you so much for bringing my little Jack back to health. He’s as much a part of our family as my kids. Your new facility is nice, and the best part is how clean it is! I don’t remember the two ladies who took care of my little guy, but they were both WONDERFUL! Thank you again!
I had a good experience here. I noticed my cat had a rash, and that same day, I was able to bring my cat in. The facility is clean, and the staff is kind and knowledgeable. Meghan and Dr. Singh took great care of my cat and made sure to address all of my questions and concerns. I feel confident in the treatment plan we landed on. I also enjoyed how the staff did not push any additional treatments onto my cat and overall bill. I often find that vet practices can be quite reluctant to offer transparency when discussing costs, and that some vet practices are not as willing to remove certain procedures and/or tests that the client might not find fully necessary for their pet. I recommend giving this new spot a try!
We had to find a vet on a Saturday to take our poodle mix, who seemed to have a sudden ear infection. From the time I called to see if they could take us on a Saturday afternoon, to us walking out of this office, we felt the experience was pretty amazing! They took us right away into their brand-new and very clean environment. Dr. Kaur was professional and attentive to our pup. His assistant was lovely, telling us what they were doing and the time frame. They were very transparent about pricing, offered us a couple of options, and let us decide. They were all gentle, friendly, and really seemed to care about our girl. They showed us her ear after getting cleaned up and medicine applied. It was really red, and today it looks pink and so much better. I highly recommend Universal Pet Hospital!
