Practice Manager/ RVT
Madison
Hi, I’m Madison! I’m a Registered Veterinary Technician and Practice Manager. I’ve always felt a deep connection to animals, and from a young age I knew I wanted to work with them. Being able to give a voice to the voiceless and advocate for patients who can’t speak for themselves is what truly drives me. I love helping animals in need and being part of procedures — I’m happiest in the surgical suite.
I’m definitely an early bird in black scrubs, usually fueled by lots of coffee. At home, I’m a self-proclaimed one-woman comedy show and a proud rescue pitbull mom to my 5-year-old dog, Stella. We love going on adventures, taking long drives up the coast, and stopping at any beach we can to enjoy the waves and the sound of the ocean. I love having a furry companion I can always count on at the end of the day — she’s brought out my soft side (and maybe a little of my codependent side, too).
Veterinary Assistant
Rachel
Rachel is a dedicated Veterinary Assistant with 10 years of experience in the veterinary field. She grew up with a deep passion for animals and an early love for science and medicine, which naturally led her into a career centered on compassionate care.
Known for her calm presence and gentle approach, Rachel finds joy in helping animals recover and return home to their families, building meaningful bonds with each patient, and supporting pet parents through education and reassurance. Her favorite animals are cows—she admires their humor, intelligence, and emotionally complex personalities (and proudly refers to calves as “grass puppies”).
At home, Rachel shares her life with Brynn, a resilient golden retriever rescue who was found as a stray in Istanbul, Turkey, before making her way into Rachel’s home and heart.
A night owl by nature, Rachel is often found in blue scrubs with a treat jar at the ready, ensuring every patient feels safe and respected. She hopes to one day work more closely with farm animals and dreams of opening a rescue specifically for senior animals.
Whether she’s in the exam room or expertly wrapping a tiny patient like a burrito, Rachel brings empathy, curiosity, and dedication to every shift.
